2010 LT Chevy Cobalt "service Traction"

"service traction" in display comes on even before driving car, comes on soon as car is started.Cleaned and checked all wheel sensor connectors,OHMed out wheel sensors at EBCM module plug. all measure about 1.5Kohms. no codes pop up on scan tool. could it possibly be a bad EBCM module and do these modules need to be progammed? any info would be greatly appreciated..

Probably a bad wheel bearing. If you have a traction control warning you have a history code. Get it read by a real reader like snap-on or Tech2 and it will tell you which wheel.
