Service airbag

I accidentally hooked my remote wire for my sub it too my airbag fuse and shorted it out. Now I have service airbag. I had the airbag control module changed and that was not the issue what could it be any help would be appreciated

May sound kinda dumb but you did change the airbag fuse correct?

Also there are scan tools that will scan SRS system fault codes. It would help greatly to know the trouble code. With out there it is basically just guessing.

I didn't change the fues the fuse has no power . I don't know what the code was the tech was not their for me to ask

Check the fuse first to see if its blown.

What year and model is your car?

The airbag fuse is number 13 on the interior fuse box check that fuse.

The fuse is good it just don't have power. I have also checked the rest of the fuses and some don't have power and some do

This happened to me twice one was because I tried to use the cheap wire harness for radio when I put in other write harness it fixed it. Then one time I didn't plug the passenger airbag thing under the radio all the way in which threw the airbag code

I used a cheep harness too but that's not my issue this time
