Rocker panel help

Yesterday I noticed a small hole on each side of my rocker panels/guards. They have begun to rust out pretty bad thanks to Canadian winters and I want to stop this. I found brand new panels online for a decent price. ShermanŽ - Chevy Cobalt 2005-2010 Rocker Panel

How do I remove my old panels and do these ones just easily instal? I tried googling videos but there wasn't a whole lot on this. Do I have to take this to a shop and let them replace my panels or is this a job I can do in my driveway?

Thanks in advance, I'm sure this will help a ton of people out because I imagine I'm not the only one with this problem.

Rocker panels would have to be cut out and have the new ones welded in

By cut out he means you have to drill out the spot welds with a special drill bit then separate the old rocker panel from the lower door sills, grind down each spot weld until smooth and attach the new rocker either with tac weld or new spot welds. then sand, prime and paint. Not rocket science but tedious work.
