Changed Bcm and Now Have No Radio Say Locked

changed bcm to fix the head light staying on now I have no radio say locked there was a red or orange rubber band hanging near the bcm I pulled that don't know if that did it

You have to marry the BCM to the rest of the VOUs. Then your radio will work, you need a Tech 2 for this or similar controller.

If it didn't fix your headlight issue just put the old BCM back in.
