2009 Chevy Cobalt LT O2 sensor problems

Had the car for a year and check engine light is on/been on for the entire year, various codes for O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2 lean or no activity at all. Latest code P2270. Changed BOTH O2 sensors three times, 4 new fuel injectors and a catalytic converter later (that the dealership swore would fix it and didn't) I'm at a loss for words. Can anyone point me in a direction to resolve the issue?

When you get a P2270 or a P2271, this is usually caused by a chaffed wire either touching ground or reference voltage depending which code, in your case it would be touching ground. Just inspect the harness leading to the downstream HO2.
