Check Engine Bulb Not Working Got Replacement but Don't Know if Right One.

Hi, I had emissions done and failed only because my check engine light bulb wasn't turning on, So I looked up on auto zone to see and it gave me a part # 89LL that is recommended for my 2008 Cobalt lt. I was wondering if someone can tell me if this is the correct bulb. Thanks. If I have or for any reason posted in the wrong area please guide me to the right place thanks for all the help. Thanks, one more question are those changeable? I see some where you have to un-solder the bulb and solder the new one on. Just trying to see before I tear my cluster apart and have wrong things. Thanks again!

Never seen one go bad yet, but not hard to change for me. It is soldered in.
