Park light trouble

I have a 09 lt 2.2 I recently put led bulbs in my brake lights and turn signal but I no longer have park lights what can I do to fix it

You need a dual filament bulb. If your purchased the right LED bulbs park lights should still work.

I bought white 3157 bulbs would I need to put a resistor in ?

Resistors are only needed if you have hyperflashing. Your bulb if it's the right one should have 4 leads on it.
