Strange Acting Power Locks (2008 Cobalt LT)

Hey guys. I've got a 2008 Cobalt LT Coupe Manual Transmission with some strange lock problems.

From time to time, when the car attempts to lock or unlock, you'll see the lock knob attempt to move, but it can never seem to make it to a fully locked or unlocked state. Almost as if it tries to move, gives up halfway through, and goes back to where it was. This happens no matter what method of lock or unlock is used (Keyfob, buttons on doors, or turn the car on or off).

If I lock the car (usually by hitting the wrong button on the key fob) and I attempt to immediately unlock it, it never works. I have to either use the key, or do it by hand.

Generally, I wouldn't worry about it, but my car has been broken into several times recently cause of this. So any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT:
Reworded for clarity.

Both doors. The drivers side seems to be worse about it, but both doors do it on a pretty much daily basis.

Try re-seating the BCM connectors, you may have a bit of corrosion stopping full voltage from going to the solenoids.
