Automatic Window Problem 2008 Cobalt

hi I can't roll up passenger side window, already took panel off and tried hooking battery charger cables to the two leads that go to the motor did not do anything so does this mean it's the motor?

If you don't hear the motor trying to work, then it probably needs to be replaced. Also, as long as you've got the door panel taken off, now would be a good time to clean it all up in there so that when you get it working again, it'll move nice and freely.
