Several CEL Codes...

Hoping a knowledgeable cobalter could shine some light on this...

The girlfriend has an 06 Cobalt 4 cyl. Auto with a little over 200k on the clock.

She has the following codes:
P0030
P0121
P0135
P0300
P0455
P0496

I know basically nothing about these cars, i can talk to you about a VW TDI all day but nothing with this car. I know one is something to do with an O2 sensor, another with the EVAP system.. I'm sure some are related to others.

I figured yawl would know about the normal problems with these cars. I can make my own repairs. Car runs ok. Doesnt miss. It will stall out sometimes when started. Car seems to have only gotten oil changes its whole life. Said the Spark Plugs were changed about 50k miles ago. Other than that.....?

Thanks for the help and i hope this want a duplicate issue...

I would think she burnt the exhaust fuse check for frayed wires too. I believe this fuse also powers the fuel sending unit so her fuel gauge might be wacky too.

Hey Thanks! Her fuel gauge does act weird.... What codes would this effect?

If it safe to assume B1 S1 O2 sensor is bad? And that should be related to P0135 as well??

And the throttle position sensor? Safe to assume this is bad also?

Where do i start with the EVAP problems?

Thanks a lot!!

Start with the fuse that supplies all of these.

We checked for fuses blown and found several fuses corroded and a relay that had walked itself out a little. Reseated things and everything is all good now Thanks big time!!
