All Clock Springs the Same?

2005 Cobalt 2.2l with pioneer steering wheel controls. GM diagnosed my air bag light as the clock spring.

Looking online I see there are doorman branded clock springs. Are they any good?

Also will any cobalt clock spring work or will I need a clock spring for the pioneer steering wheel controls / cruise control?
