Engine Swap with P0300 Code

Hello all.
I recently purchased a 2007 G5 GT with a 2.4l 5spd that needed a new motor. Car has 48k and had spun a main bearing. I bought a 2.4l out of a 2007 ION with 70k and put it in as well as a new clutch.
The car runs and drives well, but constant power over 2500 rpm causes the engine light to flash. Code P0300 only. I started comparing and noticed the fuel rails were different so swapped. No change. Swapped the throttle bodies, map, cam sensors, cleaned the MAF. No change. Did not swap crank sensor yet. My scanner shows miss fire on 1 and 4 cylinder. Swapped injectors between 2-3 as well as coils. No change. Compression in about 150 per cylinder, fuel pressure is right at 60psi at idle.

At a loss here and can't seam to figure this one out. Car seams to run well but I do feel a slight hesitation when rpm is above 2500 rpm.

Are you sure that the 07 Saturn ION is a direct replacement for an 07 G5. I thought the crank reluctor ring was different. This would give an off-set timing although I'm surprised it runs. Check with GM to be sure.

Seams both have the same crankshaft part number on gmparts. And so far all sensor have crossmatched.
