Cobalt 2006, Intermittent AC

My AC comes on and off while I drive. The other day was so hot outside and I really needed AC, however it does not turn on and stay, instead I can hear relay clicks to turn it off and than it comes back on...

Why is car doing this? Any parts to update or replace to correct this problem?

Thanks

More than likely your refrigerant is low, my suggestion is to seek a professional in this sector. Some stuff are better left to ''Pros''. They will check your system for leaks and then you'll be cool again, it's going to cost you $100 but you'll have peace of mind that all's good.
