Intermittent Rough Idle/rpm Drop

2006 Cobalt, 2.2L, 75,000 miles. I've recently replaced the filter and plugs; I've cleaned the MAF; and replaced the throttle body. I replaced the TB because once I got the codes for the Throtle position sensor and actuator. But after doing all that, the issue still remains. One day it will drive fine and the next one it will have issues. I normally notice it on days below freezing. The car will start fine, drive normal for about 15 - 20 minutes, and then it starts to choke itself out when I come to a stop. I'm trying to figure out the cause. Any ideas? No codes showing or check engine light. Having hard time diagnosing since it is so intermittently.

Sounds like an intake leak to me, make sure all clamps are tight and no rubber is folded at the clamps.
