P0705 and p0700

Hi. This is my first time on here. I have a 2007 Chevy cobalt LS 4 door automatic with the 2.2 motor. I have engine codes p0705 and p0700. The car gets stuck in park and if I wait a few minutes, sometimes it will come out of park. I have replaced the neutral safety switch, the neutral safety switch connector, the brake light switch, and the shift interlock solenoids with a whole new shifter. Currently the car is at my local Chevy dealer and they have no idea what is wrong with it. Apparently I have already done everything they would have done. Can anyone please please help me? I have no idea what to do next.

Try re-seating the 2 blue/gray connectors on the BCM a few times to clean corrosion.
