Random no start. Blown fuse

Hey guys. My girlfriends car keeps acting up. Its an 07 G5 with 2.2 motor, auto trans. For some reason it keeps blowing the Neutral Sensor fuse. It started with her saying she felt a lose of power, so she pulled over. When she went to start it again, it wouldn't. After towing it home, when turned the crank by hand to make sure the engine wasn't seized, and checked some fuses. We found that the Neutral Sensor fuse was blown, so we replaced it and it fired up. We also found that the starter is getting jambed when it blows the fuse on start up.

I replaced the starter last night, as it got jambed again, but it's still randomly blows the fuse. We replaced the 10a fuse with a 25a, and it won't blow that one. It starts right up. If we switch back to the 10a, it will blow. Right now it's running fine with the 10a, but I know it will do it again. Any ideas? We looked over some wiring in the engine bay, and don't see any exposed wires. We also cleaned the ground on the back of the engine.

Thanks.

I'll have to check that. I just can't understand why it keeps blowing the neutral fuse. I've looked all around, and don't see any exposed wires, or any wires near the exhaust. Maybe the ignition switch?
