Brake Fluid Replacement

I plan to flush the brake lines on my 2006 cobalt LT. Does anyone know the amount of fluid in ml or ounces that needs to flow out of EACH of the four lines to complete the flush?

I assume the best sequence is RR, LR, RF then last LF.

Also any suggestions for a single man procedure? Will gravity allow the fluid to flow to each of the four wheels?

I dont know the exact amount of fluid, but when you bleed it, start off the furthest away from the brake master cylinder/reservoir and work your way to the closest. Have an assistant to pump the brakes 4-6 times first then hold it...while assistant is holding brake pedal down, loosen the bleeder valve and let fluid pour outand tighten it so you dont get air in the system
