Rear drums are driving me crazy please help

Ok so this is my issue I have an 06 chevy cobalt LS 2.2l 4spd auto. Ive replaced my rear drum brakes 3 times already. First time was drums shoes and hardware, squeaked soon after. Second time I got new shoes and turned the drums. Squeaked after about 2-3 weeks. The 3rd time I replaced drums, shoes, hardware and wheel cylinders made sure They're adjusted. They're brand new from raybestos and right off the bat theyre squeaking too. Now when I say squeak its not a regular squeak, its an obnoxiously loud yet muffled squeak. Its driving me nuts! im no stranger to mechanic work and I dont know what I'm doing wrong. Some pointers or advice would be great please and thank you!

Squeaking when the brakes are pressed or squeaking when they are not pressed?
