Rotor/pads Part Number

Hey guys, i'm new to this forum. My fiance drives cobalt and now i'm looking for brake rotors/pads for her car. I checked thru few online, but not sure it is right one.

It's an 06 coupe and 4 lugs. It has manual window.

And also, just quick search on this forum. Hearing poping noise when passing speed bump or etc, it sounds like common issue on cobalt. Is this cause by control arm bushing?

Thanks guys.
