SS Springs and LS Springs
are the stock SS springs the same as the stock LS springs?

Nope, they're smaller and stiffer which gives you better handling and lower stance. LS has the FE1 suspension which is for more smooth soft ride and high stance vs sporty stance and stiffer ride.

What kind of lowering springs? there are lowering springs that are crappy quality and SS springs aren't that bad overall, especially SS/TC springs.

SS/SC and SS/TC springs are different.
