Replacing Lower Control Arm Bushings

just want to make sure I can replace these bushings like I normally do..... generally on older vehicles I work with I'll just melt the old rubber out with a torch and punch out the metal remains with a hammer, and just hammer in new ones.... anything I should really worry about on these cobalts? (and no I'm not taking it to a machine shop to have them pressed in and out as I called around and every shop in the area wants $190 plus). Thanks

Rafal
