Right Turns

Hey, just a small question, i was driving and when i make a right turn i hear a squeak, i filled up my tires and still the same sound. it doesnt happen every time and also it happens sometimes when i make a short turn

any help be appreciated

could be an upper strut mount or a ball joint. lift the car with the suspension loaded and rock the wheel and listen for the noise. also jack the car up til the tire is about 2 inches off the ground with the suspension loaded, take a pry bar and pry up the tire repeatedly to check for play in the ball joint. if there's any movement have someone look while you pry it.
