Big Ol' Question

I believe I have the control arm bushing problem, but on top of that every time I turn the steering wheel I can hear and feel a kind of zip tie sound, or ratcheting sound, any suggestions? Steering column? IDK any help will do thanks.

It could be many things your best bet is to get it checked out.
