When I GET a new jack. iPod isn't the best 4 typing.
I think I'm gonna split the price of one with a buddy of mine. Kuz he lives right nextdoor and were always helpin eachother with our cars and always using my dads POS old Jack that has to weigh over 100 lb!
k i was there with him looking at why he couldnt get it out and it was because of the tranny mount but you all said earlier that you need to take it out to remove the sway bar...
so basically 2.2eco is just a little frustrated cuz its harder than it first seemed lol
there were 3 ppl there.. him and his buddy were working on it and i was in good clothes so i just watched to see "progress" (but i wouldve helped granted i was dressed appropriately) lol
i wouldve gotten under the car more if the jack went higher and the floor wasnt soaked with melted slush! i think im just gonna do the front tranny mount for now. but that dam bar is going IN! Im not done with it!!!

Sounds like we have a lot in common both work in a restaraunt, both in college, both view the site on an iPod, both want inexpensive mods... Haha. Random but true
Lol very true. I did put a mat down... It got soaked and soaked thru my sweatshirt and 2 other layers. The reason I said melted slush is kuz it was reeally dirty water.
When I did mine I just removed the downpipe, rear transmission mount and bracket. Then undo the clamps and endlinks and you can wiggle it out. It's really a lot easier than dropping the cradle.
