Putting Ss Rear on Lt

Since I screwed up my car and most likely the suspension I figured that mise well put in a rear axle assembly from an ss on my car for the disc brakes. So my first question is, is there any way to change the rear alignment on the cobalt because from the hitting the rock it pushed my driver wheel back making my passenger wheel go forward and it doesn't look like my axle is bent because it along with the sway bar I put on are still parallel . My second question is does the ss rear assembly bolt straight up to where the lt one was with out any modifications

It should bolt right up, yes. Hopefully you didn't bend the subframe of the car...but you'll likely have to have a frame shop look at that...
