Lowering Springs Need Opions Asap!!!

ok so i have 215 45 17's on my cobalt i juss boout the eibachs pros.its says avg lowering is 1.4" ans 1.6" in the rear now is that gonna look good enough or should i take em back and get the sportlines pro but i am stayin on stock shock and struts . if neone has 17 and lowerd em. post pics . and also the sportlines said that the front were 2.o and 2.5 in the rear. so my question is is the rear gonna sit lower than the front cus if so ill stay with the pros....and if i do go with sportlines illb able to go over speed bumbs right and put my car on a lift that what im really worried abouT?

All 2-2.5 kits will sit lower in the rear, everyone one of them!!! no matter what anyone tells you. Allot of guys cut one full coil out of the front lowering springs to correct this. However this does make the ride a little stiffer. You will be ok with the stock FE1 suspension, some guys have gone 100K on their stock shocks and struts. The FE5 SS shocks and struts are a definite improvement and will make one hell of a difference but they are not required.

The difference is hardly noticeable from stock. Still a ton of wheel gap, they are just stiffer.

I don't have 17 or 18 inch wheels.
But here is mine on my stock 16's with the Pro Kit.
People keep asking all the time when i'm going to lower it.

I'm going to go with Pedders.
