Thinking About TIEN S Springs

I was thinking about buying TIEN S tech lowering springs. was wondering if they are a good/trusted brand. it lowers the rear 1.2 and front 1.3. also would the exhaust stay clear of speedbumps/etc? Planning on getting these springs next year and want to know ahead of time

Yes the exhaust will clear speedbumps. I'm using these springs right now.

I'm pretty sure you'll clear speed bumps with all springs you can buy for the cobalt.

The bottom of the car is pretty much level I have 225/50-17s on the back and 225/45-17s on the front. I was in a bind and needed tires and i picked up the 225/50-17s cheap.
