Steering Problem!! Need Help

Ever since I've lowered my car on h&r springs and put in le5 shocks and struts on my 06 ss/sc my intermitiate shaft keeps popping off its been around 3 times I took it to a shop and they don't know y it's comming off ether.. Why is it popping off luckly the times it has popped off I've been in a parking lot and not goin down a road

Lowering the car shouldn't have anything to do with the shaft popping off. Is the shaft any good. If the lower joint is bad and binds it will want to come off but if it is torqued properly it should break before coming off.

Seems fine to me and the shop you can tighten as right as possible and it still pops off I'm seriously kinda scared to drive it

Sounds like they aren't putting it on all the way or the input shaft the I-shaft connects to is bad.

The bolt goes into a groove on the shaft there's no way it should come off if the bolt is still on.

Right, they either aren't putting it on all the way or that groove is cut flush from it getting ripped out.

Would any of you have a picture of what it looks like on? I have noticed that is doesn't slide all the way down it goes maybe half into the intermitiate shaft

You have to completely remove the bolt to slide it to the bottom then insert bolt.
