Inside Tire Wear / Rattle / Drift

I have attached a picture of my drivers side front tire. It has excessive wear to the inside. In fact, the belt is starting to show.

The car tends to drift when driving and seems much worse when there is moderate wind.

Finally, there is a rattle/grind sound when turning at slow speeds. I also hear it when I hit a bump.

I pulled the wheel and couldn't find anything loose. The other three tires are not affected. Any ideas?

What's an alignment rack tell you?

I'd be leaning towards something like...tie rods, hub assemblies...could be an alignment it needs in general...

Lots of possibilities.

I replaced the outer tie rod end with (Moog ES800030 Tie Rod End) on January 18th, 2013. I have driven 11264 miles since I replaced them.

Possibly defective?

I have a 1:00 appointment to have the alignment checked.

If tie-rods are good you have excessive toe-out

Likes I saids.

Alignment.

You can replace suspension parts without one...hence why I like to do them all at once so I only have to get it aligned once, lol.

Could that cause the car to drift on the freeway?

Ditto on the tires.

Would make sure they're all in balance and the rims aren't bent either.
