Axle Bind

Ok I'm pretty sure I have axle bind but my buddy has the same yr and model cobalt and he is lower on ebachi and I'm on h&r coil springs. I have a vibration at low speeds and he has none. How do I tell if I have it and if I do how come I have it and he doesn't?

Put a go pro under your car. It could be a wheel bearing. If you have any mounts, the vibration could also just be that
