Rear Springs Will Not Come Out!

My rear springs are literally stuck to the bottom how can I get them off?

With the weight off of them use a pry bar or smash them with a big hammer. They should move, I took mine out by hand

I changed mine with bare hand too. Maybe try WD40 ?!

I got them out! Had to beat the shit out of them and pry them out and eventually they came out. Just upgraded my full suspension. will post pics and stuff in a new thread.
