Best Place to Buy Plastic Hubcaps

My '08 Cobalt is creeping up on 100k miles so I have been doing a bunch of maintenance recently. As I am finishing up with that good fun stuff I want to get her looking a bit better as well.

My steelies and plastic hubcaps look like crap so I'll be sanding the wheels down and having them repainted and wanted to buy a new set of the '08 15" 4 lug plastic hubcaps but am running into either sites I have heard of charging $45+ each or sites I've never heard of selling them for $75 - $90 a set.

I would prefer GM factory parts to the knockoffs without the center cap (unless it's like 1/2 the cost), I don't want a used set, I just want them for around $100 or less for a set of 4. Could go $120 a set if it comes down to it but would prefer the cheapest price and from a site that someone has either done business with or heard good things about.
Reaching out to you all cause after checking 3 sites I found with the BBB and finding poor ratings with them I'm a little apprehensive.

Please, my sad wheels need your help!

I have my 4 stock ones sitting around, you pay shipping + $10 for my gas to get to the shipping place.

They aren't exactly the same though the other hub caps. I'm on 5 lug wheels now and sold the steelies.

Just wipe the old ones down with soap and water real good and buy some high quality silver spray paint and repaint them. That would be the cheapest option in my opinion.

I forgot how bad my car looked like that, that's even on the YYZ springs and Koni's and a Powell Hardcore rear swaybar, it was fun looked awful and now is so much better.
