Cool Rear Drum to Disc Conversion 2005 Base

I have a 2005 cobalt base. Wifes car. runs good, looks good.
I want to do the conversion, rear drum to disc. Has anyone have knowledge of this kit from automotive anything?

You could go that route, i have heard some people get the axles from a LT and go that way as well. Both are a bit pricey.
