Steering Binding During Right Turns

So wen I take a right turn at 15 to 25 mph my steering binds, almost locks, and I really have to pull the steering wheel hard to get it past that locking point.

It's really hard to steer at a stopped position or in reverse.

And lately I hear rattling coming from the front suspension area

Any ideas?

I has my left side strut replaced, spindle, tie rod, and axle all replaced recently before all that mayhem listed above in like Nov, if any of that info matters.

Now its just worse as hell now.

2008 cobalt LT completely stock except I have 06 18" cobalt ss rims on

Check the shaft like coby says. If its not 100% smooth when you try to swivel it then you need a new one

I'm curious. I have 55 k miles. Is that a part to fail in that little Time?

So it's Def not the power steering?

Mileage doesn't matter, it's how many winters your car is exposed to road salt and corrosion.

So that part isn't Inside the car, it's in the engine area?

Also just so make sure, none of the parts I listed that I had replaced on thre drivers side (left) are the cause, because I still have a 1 yr warranty that I can use to help?

If you have steering bind it can only be mostly steering rack or intermediate shaft.
