185/55R16's on Stock Alloys?

I have the stock alloy 16 inch rims with 205/55R16's on my car right now. I have a set of 185/55R16 tires and I was wondering if those would work and if anyone has a pic or has ever put that size on theirs?

This might help. It will show the tire differences in dia. and width, as opposed to stock tire.

I'm not sure at the moment. I think my model didn't come with the alloys, but the previous owner put them on. I know the 205/55r16's are the correct tire for that rim, but other than that I don't really know.

I'm really just wondering how it would look and if it would be okay to run that size, at least for the time being.
