Talking ABS Trouble Codes??

Hello **I have a 05 Cobalt LS. My check engine light came on last night and I went and got my codes pulled. Some ABS codes were thrown. C0899 and c0281. I Googled what the codes mean but I don't understand what the definitions even mean, lol.*
C0899 - Device Voltage Low EBCM
C0281 - Dynamic Rear proportioning performance EBCM*
Is there anyone who could give me info of what is wrong and where?? Thank you!

The second code is a consequence of the first. First code says you have low voltage at the electronic brake control module. I'd check fuse and/or connector at EBCM for corrosion .
