Tire Size That Won't Rub

So I picked up a set of American Eagle 1937-8701 Rims (They are 17x7) and I was wondering if 215/55R17 will fit without any rubbing issues. Many people go for a 205, but I like to have a little bit of meat on my tire (and 215s are actually cheaper than the 205s from what I have seen on Tire Rack).

It looks like you're on an FE5 suspension, which isn't that much lower than stock for an LT, so rubbing probably won't be an issue with 215/55R17 tires, but they will throw off your speedo pretty badly. For reference, stock tires on the LS/LT models is 195/60/15 or 205/55R16 depending on if you had steelies or alloy wheels.
