Brake Chatter

My 2007 Cobalt SS has a front driver side brake problem. When I turn the wheel to the left going into a parking spot, I hear what seems to be a chatter with the brakes (The brake pedal becomes spongy at that point also.) This is the only time that I have this issue. Someone mentioned it could be a sensor for the ABS. I have since had a brake job so there's no issues with the replaced parts as this problem has been ongoing. Any helpful information is most appreciated.

Did you check the caliber to make sure the piston wasn't sticking?
