For that low price, and the fact that they offer different colors (you can't even see the springs after installation unless you lay on the ground), they're almost definitely garbage.

If you're serious about lowering your Cobalt for as cheaply as possible, I'd suggest Canuck Motorsport springs. They're only $180 shipped, ride great, and paired with the Cobalt SS/TC FE5 struts and shocks, they handle amazing.

Also, get the FE5 struts and shocks if you lower your car. The stock FE3 stuff will blow out real quick on lowered springs.
