Bit of "rear Clunk" After Parts Replacement

My wife has a 2007 Chevy Cobalt LT. Needed new tires.
Got four brand new tires on there and they mentioned several issues that were going to need to be resolved.

Sway bars were broken
Front strut was badly worn
Both of the rear coils were broken
Rear shocks were rusted and in rough shape

We bought:

Two sway bars
Two Front Strut Assembly
Two rear coils

The mechanic installed all of the parts. Now, when driving, the rear passenger side makes a bit of a clunking noise when going over small or medium bumps. Worse at lower speeds. Barely noticeable on the interstate.

We also bought the two rear shocks after this and then had these installed. Hoped these would resolve the noise, but they did not.

Any suggestions? Had to have happened with something on the rear coil replacement, right?

Did you get aftermarket or OEM (ACDelco) ? I installed aftermarket on my 07 and they sometimes made noise and squeaked, so got OEM and now all's good.
