Front End Hops on Tight Turns

Hey all,
When I turn the steering wheel all the way to the left or right, The front end hops around like something is binding. Any ideas of what to look for?
Thanks,
Jason

Probably Axle CVjoint. Are all suspension parts OEM?

The car has 114,000 miles on it. All original with the exception of sway bar bushings. those were replaced a few months ago. The boots on the CV axles looks to be in good shape. I don't hear any clicking or popping noises when turning, just the grabbing in tight turns. Other than cracked or torn boots, is there any way to check for wear on CV joints?
