Stuck Brakes?

So, haven't driven my Cobalt in a month, been parked in the garage in 1st gear, e-break off. Tried to back out, and it felt like the brakes were on, no go! Tried rocking it a bit, but still stuck. The rears are drums, feels like thats what is stuck, not quite 50k on the car yet. Do I keep rocking more aggressively?

You can or beat on the drums to free up the brakes. Drums do this now and again.

Same thing happens every time I actually drive my Durango haha, luckily it's rwd so it breaks free pretty easy. I don't think the drums on my g5 are ever going to break free though after a year and a half of siting
