Unhappy Tranny Slipping..

alright when im accelerating it almost feels like the engine is slipping gears or acts like its loosing clime then gets back up kinna like the engine is not getting enough fuel or air. idk if i need to get my transmission flushed.
FYI i have headers and cold air intake my O2 sensor #2 is bad nd havent repalced it yet im pushing 130,000 Miles .. just wondering if i need my transmission flushed or i need a new clutch. im not very formiler with transmissions or clutches..
Any advice would greatly be appreciated...

Are you slipping the clutch? Does it smell burnt? If you're driving style hasn't changed and this starts happening, you may need a new clutch assembly (friction plate specifically, but while you're there, might as well do the whole job) and/or resurface your flywheel. Hope this helps.

So the engine drops rpms and stutters as if it's about to stall? I read about that being related to a throttle body motor problem. It's a cheap fix, others will know more. Good luck.
