TCM Harness Rubbing Engine Block Causing Engine Shifting Problmes.
So my Cobalt is @ the dealer ship for a p0700 (TCM) causing a hard shift and not shifting into 4th. The dealer ship said that the harness is grounding out and can be fixed and doesn't need to be replaced and is gonna cost about $250.00 labor. If it can be fixed and not replaced, should it be pretty easy to do my self and just pay the $55.00 diagnostic??
And what does it mean by 'it can be fixed??'
