OOOOoooo nice. I was always thinking of doing this with my stock caps.....then i lost one......then the dealer screwed up, damaged a rim, replaced the rim and finally got the right cap *warranty*.....then i lost it and another and said **** it and got new rims lmao.

You don't have to pull the bumper off to get the lights out, but you do have to take the lights out to get the bumper off. Those bolts behind the lights are a real chore unless they are out. I supposed it isn't a necessity, but it makes things a lot easier. it is pretty easy to take off though. I did it by myself and had it back on in about 30 minutes.
