Lobalt / 2008 Chevrolet HHR SS / Oakwood VA

So, lobalt (the car) is gone... but that's a whole 'nother story which some of yall may already know, but anyway...

Here's my NEW showoff thread.
I've always wanted an HHR SS so... here we go.

2008 HHR SS LNF

Factory stuffs:
Imperial Blue Metallic
Auto w/ remote start
GMPD driver seat
Black Interior
Pioneer system w/ amp & sub
Had a factory pin stripe (I've already yanked it off)

Stuffs I've done so far:
Blacked out bow ties
Removed GM squares
Added Chevrolet script to the dash
Removed factory pin stripe
Black Housing DEPO headlights
Sylvania Silverstar turnsignal bulbs (discontinued--blue but light up amber)
Tinted taillights

Plans:
Remove rear wiper
Lower it w/ Canuck Motorsports Lowering Springs (Springs are on order & will be shipped after the company makes them)
Install my Pioneer HU that was taken out of lobalt
and various other things...

Performance plans:
I'd really like an intake & tune & a BOV... but i'm still doing my research & learning all I can about these cars before I jump into it... ok, on to pictures!

Pictures aint the greatest but I've only had the car since November & it's been stupid & cold & snowy... I promise to have WAY better and much nicer pictures in the spring/summer!

Heyyy!!!!!
No kiddin, right? Well, long story short I traded lobalt for a Nissan Juke because I got the idea in my head that I really wanted one. Had the juke 2 years & I tried to customize it, but I still wasn't happy. I wanted to get back to feeling like 'me' again. One weekend my husband & I were doing our traditional dealer roll through when I saw my SS. I had passed on a black SS right before I got the juke & I regretted it so bad. So I wasn't about to let this one get away from me. So I thought really hard about it & got it. I feel so much better and I cannot wait til shows & nice weather in general.

Thanks! That was a bday present from my husband, didn't want to scratch it up so I hung it on my rearview mirror. Well, I had 'lobalt'. I have pictures in my gallery thingy. My old show off thread is locked now it's been so long since I've been on here. Haha
They do as an option. Mine didn't have the brembo option. But it's something I've though about upgrading to.
And the wheels are so beautiful on these cars. One of my favorites.

Nice color. I love the polished rims with the imperial blue. I'll have to see about something like that for mine.

Hahahaha yes!!! Got me a set of Canuck Motorsports springs on the way! They'll be here Friday. Probably won't be able to lower it anytime soon, but I'll have them! Lol
