control arm bolt slipping

  1. CAB Nut Spinning: Where to Drill Floor

    '07 Cobalt LS. I (finally) replaced the passenger-side CAB. On the driver's side, the 'nut' has broken free in the cage. I don't see any way to get at the nut/cage from below, and I can just sort of reach it through the wheel well. I think it would be much easier to get at it from above...
  2. Need Help Control Arm Bolt Slipping

    so today I go to change the Drivers control arm and I have these before. So I thought this was going to be a bolt off bolt on and done and NOPE! **** the bolt is now about 1/4 the way out and now I guess the cage bolt is let go and just spinning and I don't have a lift and can't really get in...
