There is no real benefit of going to 5 lug. The conversion is a pain in the ass and expensive. You will need a donor car for the rear and the entire front suspension will have to be changed. You are looking at thousands. There are more wheel and tire choices for the 4 lug in the aftermarket and there are plenty of different cars with the 4x100 and 4x110 lug pattern well into the 300-600 hp range and they hold up just fine.
