I have a 2007 Chevy Cobalt LT that's having some issues. First of all, it will not turn on. I'll leave the key on the run position for a while and a "low fuel" message will flash on the dash. Also all the gauges are dead. Sometimes after I let it sit on the run position the gauges will go back up and the fuse box in the passanger sit will start making these weird electric noises. It will allow me to turn it on but if I'm not fast enough, it will go into power steering and won't let me shift gears. The car will be running but it will get stuck on park. I read about switching the ECM/TCM fuse, and I did. And nothing. Last time I was moving the relays around and it started working, but then it began doing those electric noises while I was driving. And finally, my odometer reset itself to 0. I'm really confused. If anyone knows anything about this problem, please help. Thank you in advance.
