So my CV axle broke and it stopped driving going into gear when you have it on the lift the tires don't even move when they put it in drive is that cuz the studio access are broken or is there something wrong with the transmission

Actually the same thing happened to me not too long ago, I had the CV axle leave the transmission while I was on the highway. When you shift into park you should hear some grinding as it's trying to clamp onto the axle but there's nothing to grab. Well the CV axle goes it won't let you move the wheels while in any gear.

Just replace the axle and you should be fine, at least from my experience.
